Upon successful placement of your order through our online shop, your order will be processed and we will inform you when it is ready for collection.
Orders via self collection will be prepared within TWO working days. We will send you a text when your order is ready for collection. Please provide a mobile number for this purpose. All orders have to be placed online before collecting.
Address for self collection is 8B Admiralty Street, #04-20, S(757440). We are located right beside FoodXchange@Admiralty. Please note that this is purely a collection point, not a shop. Please make an order online and wait for us to notify you before coming down to this location. Only CASH is accepted at the self collection point.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm. We are currently closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
We have 2 different delivery methods for you to choose from.
Option 1: Singapore Post Regular Mail
For the really cost conscious, we offer Singapore Post Regular mail. Upon successful collection of payment through iBanking or Paypal, your order will be prepared and sent out. Do take note that in the event that packages sent via regular mail is lost, BathTime Singapore will not be held responsible. You are encouraged to use Ninja Van, which has tracking options, for a peace of mind.
Option 2: Ninja Van
Ninja Van is our trusted courier company for registered parcels as a waybill number is provided, which allows for tracking and redelivery. Ninja Van's delivery rates are reasonable and start from $6 and deliveries can be made during 2 timeslots: 9am - 6pm, 6pm - 10pm. You will receive an email on the day of delivery.
Singapore is facing a manpower crunch. There is no courier company in Singapore which can promise a 100% fulfillment of all planned deliveries.
Hence, we can only promise that for orders sent via Ninja Van courier, it will arrive within 3-5 working days (we send it out typically by the next working day) for your chosen timeslot.
